Join our esteemed DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team, where you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Tier 3 System Administrator II, delivering primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Oversee Infrastructure Configuration Management and Remote Endpoint Management Support.
- Engage in Project Management and ensure thorough documentation of processes and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficient knowledge and skills with Intel/AMD-based computing systems (Servers, Desktops).
- Extensive experience with MECM, focusing on inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting on an enterprise scale.
- Strong familiarity with Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Skilled in Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Competent in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
- Knowledgeable in Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM, Apple and WIN10 devices).
- Familiar with Crowdstrike Antivirus & Firewall administration on an enterprise level.
- Understanding of Bitlocker & Defender for anti-malware and encryption purposes.
- Some experience with Ivanti Admin patch management for non-Microsoft applications.
