Position Overview:
Core12 is seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, identifying IT challenges, and connecting businesses with Core12’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Outreach:
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries that could benefit from Core12’s IT solutions.
- Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in Core12’s services.
- Lead Qualification:
- Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect’s IT needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to present Core12’s value proposition.
- Pipeline Management:
- Use CRM tools to track all lead interactions, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client pain points to help shape Core12’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in IT or technology services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
- Familiarity with IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed IT services is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Nooks) and other sales enablement platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A passion for technology and a desire to help businesses solve IT challenges.
