Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Tier 3 Systems Administrator to join our DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team on a 6-month hybrid contract basis. This role requires applicants to reside in the Raleigh, NC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Oversee Infrastructure Configuration Management and deliver Remote Endpoint Management support.
- Lead project management efforts and document processes and procedures effectively.
- Ensure comprehensive support for both managed and non-managed devices across various environments.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable expertise with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops).
- Extensive knowledge of MECM (inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting).
- Proficiency with Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for LAN/WAN environments.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining an MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM) for Apple and Windows 10 devices.
- Experience with Crowdstrike (Antivirus & Firewall) at the enterprise level.
- Understanding of Bitlocker & Defender (Anti-malware and encryption) within enterprise contexts.
- Some familiarity with Ivanti Admin patch management for non-Microsoft applications.
