What You Will Be Doing:
As a member of the Information Technology team, you will be responsible for managing and configuring Windows systems and related infrastructure. The IT System Administrator will have a primary responsibility to support patching, SSO, AD, Azure Virtual Desktops and Azure AD, ensuring the stability and performance of the systems, maintaining and improving the security posture, and troubleshooting issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Provided day-to-day guidance to the Help Desk
- Plan patches and upgrade on-premise internal servers managed by RegEd
- Manage Office 365 Exchange Online Email, On-prem, and Azure AD
- Accurately update work requests in JIRA, ticketing system
- Perform root cause analysis of incidents and service requests
- Remediate security vulnerabilities for internal systems
- Serve as subject matter expert for Azure AD, SSO, Azure Virtual Desktops
- Monitors operating system tasks, which include memory and processor utilization
- Implement, promote, and adhere to relevant standards and policies
- Create and maintain the project and operational how-to documentation
- Support management systems and act as an escalation point for IT support
- Conducts complete diagnostics of identify management issues form an IT perspective, factoring in a strong understanding of technical architecture
- Executes day-to-day management of attributes and entitlements to digital identities and accounts as required
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:
- Experience with windows patching at the enterprise level
- Experience with managing AD objects and accounts
- Experience implementing and supporting servers in Microsoft Azure
- Experience with managing system integration projects
- Experience troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of PowerShell and automation tools
- Strong working knowledge of AD, SSO, Azure AD and Federation Services
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of managing Windows enterprise-scale infrastructures

The compensation range for this position is $50,000-$100,000. RegEd's compensation package is based on each candidate's unique skills, qualifications and experience. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience and qualifications. The total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package, vacation time, sick time, volunteer time and parental leave. Please note this is a HYBRID role.
