Job Title: Tier 3 Systems Administrator - Azure (Hybrid Contract)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Tier 3 Systems Administrator to join our DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team on an 8-month hybrid contract basis. This role is pivotal in delivering top-notch security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications. Candidates must currently reside in Raleigh, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Oversee Infrastructure Configuration Management and Remote Endpoint Management Support.
- Engage in Project Management and maintain comprehensive Process and Procedure Documentation.
- Deliver high-quality support services for managed and non-managed desktops, laptops, and mobile computing devices across DIT campus facilities and partner agencies.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Intel/AMD-based computing systems (Servers and Desktops).
- Proficiency in MECM, encompassing inventory management, software distribution, and patch management.
- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting at the enterprise level.
- In-depth understanding of Windows OS (10 and 11), Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Competence in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM, Apple, and Windows 10 devices).
- Understanding of Crowdstrike (Antivirus & Firewall at an enterprise level).
- Familiarity with Bitlocker & Defender (Anti-malware and encryption at an enterprise level).
- Some knowledge of Ivanti Admin patch management for non-Microsoft applications.
