Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tier 3 Systems Administrator for a 6-month hybrid contract position based in Raleigh, NC. This role is integral to the DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team, specializing in security application and software support for endpoint devices and server operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Manage infrastructure configuration and remote endpoint management support.
- Document processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate on project management efforts and lead implementation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficient with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops).
- Extensive experience with MECM, including inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting at an enterprise level.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10, 11) and Windows Server 2016, along with Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office Suite, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Competent in LAN/WAN troubleshooting and enterprise antivirus security tools.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM) and familiarity with Crowdstrike and Ivanti Admin patch management.
- Relevant certifications in system administration or endpoint management are advantageous.
