Job Title: Contract Administrator / Paralegal
Job Location: Dublin, OH (Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote)
Job Salary: $50,000-$80,000 (DOE)

We are a well-established manufacturing and supply company. We are looking to hire a talented Contract Administrator / Paralegal to join our legal team immediately.
In this role, you will administer contracts including reviewing customer agreements, advising management and project leads of risk exposure and negotiating directly with customers.
This is a full time, permanent position in Dublin OH. You will work Monday through Thursday onsite and Friday from home.
What You Will Be Doing
- Administers contracts including reviewing customer agreements, advising management and project leads of risk exposure and negotiating directly with customers. This position works closely with the Manager of Contracts and Continuous Improvement and external internal legal representation counsel.
- Communicates directly with customers, sales team and project managers to ensure Company contracts are administered in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Ensures all legal documents are fully and properly executed.
- Serves as initial point of contact to satisfy customer insurance information requests. Provides guidance to team members and customers regarding insurance coverage types and limits that are in place. Reviews subcontractor insurance to confirm compliance with Company requirements.
- Provides support for Company's annual insurance renewal process.
- Serves as the initial point of contact regarding requests for payment and performance bonds, road bonds, and licensing bonds as required and collaborates with bonding agent to satisfy needs timely.
- Coordinates with project personnel and IT to ensure identification and protection of confidential data and/or Confidential Unclassified Information ("CUI").
Must Haves
- 3-5+ years experience preferred as a Contract Administrator or Paralegal
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Great communication skills
- Ability to comprehend proposals and contracts
- Comfortable providing counsel, guidance and direction to stakeholders with authority and confidence
Bonus If You Have It
- Government contracts experience
- Experience negotiating contracts
- Experience with administering contracts involving Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
