We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! This position will be based out of our Columbus, OH location with the option of a hybrid work schedule. This position will require a highly organized and detailed person to support our project management team.
General Job Duties:
- Plan, coordinate and direct activities on assigned project, such as timelines, milestones and resource allocation
- Complete administrative functions associated with project creation and close out in project management system
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes for project management related meetings
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to client and internal stakeholders
- General support of project management function
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Business, Engineering or Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable working experience
- Acute attention to detail, grammar, presentation, and process
- Excellent customer service attitude
Preferred experience:
- Experience with SalesForce/FinancialForce a plus
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trelle, Asana)
- Experience in industrial automation industry
The target annual base compensation range for this position is $50,000-70,000, based upon relevant qualifications.
