As a member of our IT Team, you will support our computer networks and communication capabilities across a global infrastructure in conjunction with team members across the globe.
Summary of the role
- The candidate should be especially experienced in the development, deployment, architectural design, and support of large Network and Communication Systems, mainly based on Cisco switching and routing, Extreme Networks WiFi, Zscaler/Palo Alto Firewall technology, and Microsoft Teams.
- The candidate will also have significant expertise in developing technology standards and policies, establishing corporate strategies and serving in project design roles.
- The position will be based in the USA.
Education and experience
- Min. 5 years of work experience within IT Network infrastructure
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree with Information Technology background or equivalent
- Thorough understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking in larger IT Network environments
- Experience in designing and deploying enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and VoIP networks
- Extensive hands-on experience in and knowledge of IP routing/switching, protocols, Network Management, Cisco LAN/WAN, ExtremeNetworks WiFi, Palo Alto Firewall & Zscaler products

Tasks and responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, support and document wired and wireless campus networks
- Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve network issues
- Complete projects and tasks independently and with limited direct supervision
- Work on projects that include system deployment, support and issue resolution
- Provide planning and setup for new network services
