• A High School diploma is required.
• An Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related subject is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience is required.
• Proven work experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Chrome. IOS / based environments.
• Experience with cloud environments e.g. (AWS).
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware).
• Experience with monitoring systems, documentation, and escalation of issues.
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
• Excellent written, verbal, listening and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues and develop documentation pertaining to said issues.
• Knowledge of database and networking security systems. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
• Extensive knowledge of operating systems, Enterprise programming languages, and Office software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of competency.
• Travel (10%) is required.
• A valid Driver’s License from New York, or a contiguous state (i.e., Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Vermont) to attend meetings in person in the community and in the office as needed.
• Must be capable of working collegially with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Absolute sense of integrity and personal commitment to serving people with I/DD and their families.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and ability to work in a team environment.
