Title: Cloud Infrastructure Solution Architect

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Deploy highly available, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on GCP (Azure/AWS is a plus) using industry best practices.
- Define and implement infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to migrate workloads into GCP.
- Design and develop automation to support continuous delivery and continuous integration process.
- Work closely with the Development and Operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the automated deployment of infrastructure.
Key Technology requirements:
- Cloud infrastructure experience on GCP (+Azure/AWS a plus) - IAM – users/groups/service accounts and their differences, Networking and VPCs, concepts of public vs. private IPs Security, ACLs, firewalls Automation; GKE Cluser/VM setup/teardown, scripting, platform tools (GCP Deployment Manager / Azure Resource Manager / AWS CloudFormation), proficiency in 3rd party tool like Hashicorp's Terraform, Consul, and Vault, Ansible, etc., Logging and monitoring of Cloud deployments, and Containers on Kubernettes experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex Cloud Infrastructure and Networking challenges.
- Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- GOOGLE CLOUD CERTIFIED Professional Cloud Architect.
- 6+ months of relevant experience
- BA/BS or advanced degree in computer sciences or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with large-scale implementations of Google Cloud Platform, designed for security and compliance.
- Hands-on experience deploying data analytics solutions in GCP using BigQuery/ Cloud Dataflow/ Cloud SQL/ Cloud Storage.
- Strong understanding of Java/ Python programming languages; knowledge of REST API frameworks.
- Container experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, analysis, problem-solving and short term and long-term planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
