Overview:
The BDR is responsible for driving new business that enables Kable Academy to place Cyber Security and Web Development Boot Camp graduates while also creating opportunities for MBS Professional Staffing to fulfill skilled IT roles at the same companies. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients is a critical aspect of this role, ensuring both the success of Kable Academy graduates and the continued partnership for more advanced staffing needs through MBS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with companies seeking IT staffing solutions.
- Drive new business that allows Kable Academy graduates to be placed and opens opportunities for MBS to work on more advanced IT roles at the same companies.
- Promote Kable Academy’s Cyber Security and Web Development Boot Camp graduates to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
- Engage with hiring managers to understand and meet their IT staffing needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to source and place IT professionals in temporary, contract, or permanent roles.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential clients.
- Track sales activities and report performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in IT services or staffing.
- Knowledge of IT roles, including cybersecurity, web development, networking, software development, SaaS, and AI.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain detailed records.
- Experience in client sourcing, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities.
- Experience with MSP programs: finding program managers, current program manager relationships, and navigating the complexities of MPS programs is a plus.
