Growing entertainment company based in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic Coordinator to play a key role in executing brand strategy, coordinating events, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily coordination of client projects, from brand partnerships to talent/influencer campaigns
- Drafting contracts, creating sales target lists, and producing event proposals
- Managing vendor relationships and event budgets
- Providing on-site event support
- Completing administrative tasks such as scheduling client calls, tracking action items, and updating documents
Compensation/Perks:
- Base salary in the $70k-$90k range

This is a fully remote role with monthly meetings in West LA. Please note that regular evening and weekend support is REQUIRED for multiple events throughout the month.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience within entertainment – agency background highly preferred!
- Comfortability in navigating high-profile environments
- Able to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities
