- Oversee and coordinate all IT operations within the organization.
- Manage and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot computer and network issues, providing technical support when needed.

- Lead IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Manage help desk tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
✅ Innovation & Strategy:
- Stay up to date with the latest IT advancements, identifying opportunities to implement new technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and IT leadership across various locations.
✅ Customer Service & Compliance:
- Provide excellent customer service by managing business user expectations.
- Commit to environmental protection, employee health and safety, and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS).

Education & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Preferred)
📅 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
📌 Proven experience in managing IT projects.
