The Business Analyst at Sparks Wiz Limited will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Note: This position is strictly open tp candidates within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze project data, performance metrics, and industry trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing engineering processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Solution Design:
- Work with engineering teams to design solutions that align with business requirements and technical constraints.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Project Management Support:
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to various audiences.
Testing and Validation:
- Support the testing and validation of engineering solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with engineering principles, processes, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:

Remote setting with occasional site visits to engineering facilities or project sites.
May require occasional travel to meet with clients or stakeholders.
