We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to lead IT operations, from desktop support to networking and security. You’ll work with leadership to build and maintain reliable systems while managing IT team members and supporting the day-to-day needs of the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and improve identity and access management (IAM) systems and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Oversee network equipment like firewalls, switches, and access points
- Maintain and support cloud and local infrastructure
- Provide advanced support for Mac and Windows systems
- Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and support tools
- Supervise IT specialists, network engineers, and related staff
- Support security policies and help with audits (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems, support, or security
- Experience supervising or managing IT staff
- Comfortable with MacOS, Windows, IAM tools, and SSO platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, etc.)
- Familiarity with networking equipment (UniFi, Fortinet)
- Experience with cloud services and hosted tools like Microsoft Exchange
- Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
