How We Work?
Our hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.
Mission and Goals:
As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our internal customer service management software. You will work with both front end and backend technologies in order to create a seamless experience for our customer service team. You will help build out an engineering team and are expected to produce high quality code and documentation. You also will work with business and technical personnel located in the US, and stakeholders around the world.
Objectives:
- Front End Development: Design, implement, and maintain our customer service experience.
- Back End Development: Design, implement, and maintain API’s which power our customer service experience.
- Perform code reviews, resolve security defects, and ensure product quality.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver quality solutions.
- Documentation: Develop clear documentation for APIs, SDKs, and tools for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Competencies:
- Experience working on applications as a Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, VUE, and related web technologies.
- Familiarity with Restful API design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- The ability to write testable code.
- Must be a self-starter, capable of making the right decisions.
