JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Work under the direct supervision of senior staff on specifically assigned tasks such as data gathering, data analysis and preparation of presentation materials. Conducts research on behalf of risk analysts/managers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
● Perform administrative support duties for Chief Consumer Credit Officer and team including, but not limited to, meeting scheduling, managing email, creating agendas and reports, scheduling travel, timely tracking and payment of in
voices, and completing expense processing and reports.
● Onboard new hires / promotions / offboard staff in Workday and ServiceNow including collaboration with HR and Recruiting
● Develop understanding of risk management requirements for new business/product initiatives, product/process changes, losses, regulatory changes/guidance and third-party activities.
● Maintain and assist in formulating strategic planning documents and associated Board of Directors, Enterprise Risk Committee and Credit Risk Committee reporting
● Monitor and provide guidance on findings, remediation plans, and exception requests, escalating risks and issues outside of risk appetite, as applicable.
● Provide assistance to develop and implement the risk and control assessment and related risk profile, including risk, control, test and risk metric design in accordance with defined standards.
● Support the management of internal audits and external exams. Participate in pre-regulatory exam preparation activities including collecting and tracking information requests and following up on post exam corrective actions to ensure effective implementation prior to closure.
● Accept special projects and other assignments, as time permits
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Extensive expertise and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) operating systems
· Experience coordinating AV for team meetings
· Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
