Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Craft Winning Strategies: Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive clinical candidates.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive a best-in-class recruiting process and fill positions efficiently.
- Screen & Select: Review resumes and conduct phone screens to identify the perfect fit for our clinical roles.
- Network Like a Pro: Build relationships and tap into resources within assigned markets to recruit the best clinicians.
- Engage & Follow Up: Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay Compliant: Keep accurate statuses in our ATS to comply with Federal and State employment laws, including Affirmative Action.
- Leverage Social Media: Assist local teams in boosting visibility for open roles and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Qualifications
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a recruiting role required.
- Experience in behavioral health preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical licensures for various states
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting systems and processes.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management and external resources.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Possess strong internet, active and passive candidate search skills.
- Possess high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Pay range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 depending on education and experience.
