Full Stack Software Engineer
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a passionate full-stack software engineer to work with a fast-paced, highly collaborative software development team building and launching capability for Enterprise systems in the Cybersecurity field. You'll have the opportunity to work on automation of nation-level, mission-critical security processes focused on high velocity data pipelines and analytics.
You'll be responsible for complex requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of high-quality, secure, and performant features. You'll leverage your technical expertise in web technologies, cloud, and data. You’ll use your communication skills to lead and work with a diverse team of engineers to build, test, and operate system capabilities. You should be able to learn new languages, technologies, frameworks, and design patterns quickly. You should be able to work independently on features while leading and collaborating with team members.

You Have:
3+ years of experience working on software development teams
3+ years of experience with Go or Python
1+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, including React
1+ years of experience with databases, including SQL, Postgres, or MongoDB
1+ years of experience with Cloud, including AWS, S3, SQS, EKS, Elasticache, or Redis
1+ years of experience with Containers, including Docker or Kubernetes
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with CI/CD tools, including Gitlab, Github Actions, or Jenkins
Experience with large scale, distributed data systems
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or Agentic AI
Experience with pub or sub and event streaming, including Kafka
Experience with SIEMs, including Splunk, Elastic Search, or Open Search
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
