What You Will Do
Manages, analyzes, configures, installs, and troubleshoots voice, data, video, and wireless network services for company headquarters, plants, and Field Sales force. Provides a reliable communication network.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manages the implementation of assigned voice and data projects by developing implementation plans, coordinating the implementation with user departments and vendors, installing, and customizing the communications equipment, providing wiring for all data and voice equipment, and maintaining up-to-date documentation on network configurations/equipment.
- Evaluates voice and data communications requirements of user departments and IT by meeting with all parties involved, make recommendations on the best ways to address their needs, consult with other departments on communications issues and evaluating equipment and vendors both for price and performance.
- Maintains the performance of the voice and data communications network by monitoring devices and communications links to ensure peak performance. Provide technical support and manage correction of problems, coordinate vendor and staff activities on voice and data communications failures.
- Supports the Company’s Internet access by acting as administrator for the network.
- Assists in preparation of communication’s budget by reviewing past and forecasting future expenditures.
- Mentors and oversees Network Analyst on project related basis assuring work is completed in a timely manner and is of high quality.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Electrical Engineering, or related field or study with 5+years Network/Telecommunications experience or Associate’s degree in Information Technology Systems, or related field of study with 7+ years Network/Telecommunications experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of:
- Voice and Data communications technologies
- Intermediate to advanced proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
Skilled in:
- Verbal and written communication

Ability to:
- Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage projects

Licenses / Certifications:
- Network Administration and Support Certification
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Work Environment and Physical Demand
- Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10-50 lbs.).
- Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
- Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
