As an Infrastructure Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Aumni line of business, you utilize strong knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. Job responsibilities
- Aumni with its transition to JP Morgan Chase systems as part of integration and acquisition of Aumni
- Support network solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and promote efficiency and reliability
- Participate in foster a customer-centric help desk culture, ensuring timely and effective support to employees, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support robust endpoint security management practices, including encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies
- Maintain firewall management and security measures to protect network infrastructure from unauthorized access
- Promote security awareness training programs, educating employees on best practices to strengthen the organization's overall security posture as part of onboarding
- Oversee Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) services, including video conferencing, to facilitate efficient and seamless communication across the organization
- Take an active role in disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring business continuity in the event of security incidents or system failures
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on compliance audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to security controls
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on infrastructure disciplines such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, and performance assessments and 5+ years applied experience
- System Ownership/Administration experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), ensuring secure and efficient management of mobile devices used by employees
- Administrative experience for both an identity provider (IDP) system and SSO solutioning, ensuring secure and streamlined access to applications and services
- Strong MacOS knowledge and skill set
- High functioning knowledge of wireless network management, ensuring secure and reliable Wi-Fi access for employees, guests, and BYOD
- High functioning knowledge and experience with Jira Service Management
- Experienced with a diverse set of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, and Linux)
- Fundamental working knowledge of VM/VDI
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge of Secure Web Gateway tools (e.g., end-to-end encryption, malware detection, data loss prevention, web filtering, SASE)
- Working knowledge of SCIM deployment and management
- Experience with Kandji MDM
- Experience with Crowdstrike
- Experience with Okta
- Experience with Meraki
- Experience with Netskope
- CompTIA certifications
