Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Functional Principal Consultant with implementation and application support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle Performance Management, Goal Management and Talent Review. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as data migration, integrations and reports in Talent Management areas.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Scottsdale, AZ, Indianapolis, IN., Phoenix, AZ., Providence, RI., Raleigh, NC. or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.
The job may entail moderate travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
