PingWind is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Watch Operations Certified Analyst – Senior to provide comprehensive cybersecurity support for the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) located in Adelphi, Maryland. The successful candidate will support the ARL classified environment and systems, ensuring compliance with DoD and Army regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Objective: The objective of this Task Order (TO) is to provide comprehensive Cybersecurity services, including but not limited to:
· Assessment and Authorization (A&A)
· Software Assurance
· Incident Response
· Training and Certification Validation
· Project Management and Project Support
· Above Baseline Project Support
· Cybersecurity Customer Response
· Vulnerability Management and Vulnerability Scanning
· Host Based Security System (HBSS) Administration
· Log Analysis
· Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) Compliance Oversight and Validation
· Research Development Engineering Network (RDENET) Support
· Classified Support
Responsibilities
· Spillage Handling: Respond to classified spillage notifications, coordinating with ARL Security, IT Staff, and Legal Offices to minimize impact. Report incidents to Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) as required.
· Classified Equipment Management: Process, track, and ensure proper decommissioning of classified equipment through the classified Turn-In process.
· Data Loss Prevention: Manage CTO 22-025 documentation processing, tagging, and updating for all sites.
· Vulnerability Disclosure: Review reported ARL Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) issues, monitor until resolution, and update VDP data in the SIPR portal.
· Cyber Maintenance Hardening: Collect, organize, and submit monthly Cyber Maintenance Hardening Scorecard data via eMASS.
Qualifications
· Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
· Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in cybersecurity, with at least two (2) years supporting classified networks.
· Skills and Knowledge:
o Proficient in handling classified spillage, equipment decommissioning, and DLP documentation.
o Expertise in managing vulnerability disclosure programs and cyber maintenance hardening.
o Strong understanding of DoD, Army, and ARL cybersecurity policies.
o Ability to conduct risk analyses on innovative technical solutions.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with end-users and IT teams.
Desired Competencies
· Experience in supporting Army and Department of Defense (DoD) research environments.
· Familiarity with Army and Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) enterprise data.
· Ability to perform and lead Cybersecurity inspections.
· Proficiency in project management and project support within a Cybersecurity context
