- Experience with managing large implementations of the OpenText platform (Federal sector experience preferable)
- Experience with document-centric workflows and large-scale digitization
- Knowledge of OpenText suite of applications, particularly, Open Text Content Server and OpenText AppWorks
- Must meet all requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
- Possess leadership/managerial experience at the National Institute of Health.
- 10+ years demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate clearly in a professional manner, both oral and written.
- Experience leading large scale OpenText Enterprise Content Management Solutions with 30+ team members
- Expert knowledge of project development with estimating, scheduling, and tracking project life cycles, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
- Knowledge and experience with NIH processes, procedures, technologies, and applications are a strength
