The Role
We’re looking for an experienced person to help us build on our initial success with our current partners and resellers. This role will include reshaping and creating a new partner GTM motion and maximizing partnerships' strategic and financial ROI. This partner-relationship and revenue-generating role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
This is what you’ll be doing, day to day:
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, cybersecurity firms, and other relevant organizations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners to ensure alignment of goals and mutual benefit.
- Joint Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing, sales, and product development initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and deliver the company’s services.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the partnership, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.

What you’ll need to be successful:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- A successful track record of developing and growing partnerships
- Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends and key players in the competitive landscape
- Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions – demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
- Strong project management capabilities – doing the right projects at the right time and producing positive outcomes
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platform
