In your new role as a cyber security professional, you will protect our customer’s most sensitive data and complex systems from all forms of threats including cyber-attacks, insider threats, rogue network devices, and malicious software and applications. You will work with a team of like-minded professionals to share and collaborate upon your ideas to improve the cybersecurity infrastructure, architecture, and configuration deployments. Your ideas and contributions will matter.

This is a contingent position based upon customer approval and funding.

Responsibilities

SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking a SME Information Security Analyst for a proposal effort supporting a Federal customer in the Washington, D.C area.

This position is considered Key Personnel on this contract.

Responsibilities include:

Leading the RMF assessment, authorization, and monitoring steps for systems following NIST and ICD 503 standards and best practices.
Maintaining ongoing knowledge of Federal policies and practices related to cyber security.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of proven experience performing security controls.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Must have extensive experience working with various security methodologies and processes.
Experience working with compliance controls related to cloud security.
Performing assessments in cloud computing environment.
Extensive experience providing analysis and trending of vulnerability data from a large number of heterogeneous devices.
Must possess expert knowledge in risk and vulnerability management.
Have knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience with common assessment & authorization (A&A) application platforms (e.g. eMASS, CSAM, Xacta is preferred) and strong architecture, network and infrastructure security, or next gen security expertise (agile/hybrid agile, cloud).
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Top Secret Clearance.
