Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure services.
- Manage and mentor the infrastructure team, providing guidance on best practices in systems administration, network management, and security.
- Oversee infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align infrastructure strategies with overall business objectives and ensure that infrastructure supports company goals.
- Implement and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and protect data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to data security and privacy.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and usage, analyzing trends and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on experience in server administration, network management, and cloud solutions.
- Proven experience managing IT teams, with strong leadership and team development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, virtualization, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools and performance optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery planning, data backup solutions, and business continuity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure needs.
