Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and quality completion of control testing requirements.
- Assist in risk and control self-assessments and related initiatives.
- Partner with Segment Risk Managers to build relationships with stakeholders and drive risk management improvements.
- Provide support for policy/controls, process documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in the identification and analysis of risks.
- Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives.
- Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues.
- Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong business and technology aptitude, with an interest in technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ years of Technical or Cybersecurity Experience
