Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Document & Systems Administrator at Avicenna Accounting Inc. The Document & Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, systems administration, troubleshooting technical issues, providing network support, and overseeing information technology operations.
Duties:
- Separate, sort, and organize physical documents for scanning.
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents efficiently.
- Upload and store scanned documents into SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Maintain the physical organization of client documents after scanning, returning them to their respective folders.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all documents are scanned correctly and stored properly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflows and document management processes.
- Manage internal office and client software, working with systems like Sharefile, Canopy CRM, and others.
- Work with accounting software and client relations management (CRM) systems to support document and client management.
- Assist the IT team in setting up and optimizing office systems and workflows to improve efficiency and organization.
Qualifications
- System Administration, Network Administration, and Information Technology skills
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities
- Experience in system administration and network support
- Strong understanding of information technology principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
