Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, providing timely updates and resolving any inquiries.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM software, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in researching potential clients and market trends, particularly in the IT sector.
- Support in organizing and managing sales events, meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or a technology-related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in IT Sales or a related industry.
- Familiarity with IT products, services, and trends.
