Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in expanding our channel partner program by engaging Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and resellers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing relationships and identifying and onboarding new partners. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Engagement and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, including MSPs and resellers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner Recruitment:
- Identify and target potential new partners to expand the channel program.
- Conduct outreach and establish relationships with prospective partners.
- Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand our solutions, processes, and the benefits of partnering with [Company Name].
- Program Development and Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance the channel partner program.
- Create and execute marketing and sales initiatives to support partner growth and success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and workshops.
- Assist partners in developing sales strategies and closing deals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with partner agreements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in channel partner management, preferably within the MDR/MSSP industry.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the role of MSPs and resellers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
