IT Administrator – Information Technology

What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team:
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues in both office and warehouse environments.
- Install and configure computer and network equipment.
- Maintain network connectivity of computer workstations.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of warehouse-specific technology, such as barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
- Provide desktop and network support to users.
- Create and maintain network users/permissions.
- Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
- Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 1+ years as an IT Administrator or similar title.
- Hands-on experience with networking and infrastructure.
- Supporting applications and infrastructure. Such as: Exchange, Firewall, and VMware.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 Preferred.

Education:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field required.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar preferred but not required.
