Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as COO or in a similar executive role
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA preferred
