JOB DISCRIPITION:
This position involves maintaining/developing TIBCO based applications. Resource should have good knowledge of TIBCO designer and have worked on development projects that have extensive messaging and web services.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop/Maintain TIBCO based applications in C&AD.
Ensure that development is done with best practices and code is of high quality.
Ensure that performance is always being considered when developing processes.
Should be able to support multiple releases.
Will be responsible to co-ordinate with offshore on daily basis for development activities.
Skills and Experience:
Hands on experience with TIBCO BW knowledge
Financial industry background is an added advantage
Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in this type of role.
Excellent Communication Skills – this individual must be very comfortable working with others. Very team oriented environment. This resource will be working with virtual teams, business partners, bank associates and technical teams.

Ability to work in a team and contribute independently
Coordinate with other project teams and team members
Mentor juniors and work effectively with peers
Self-directed and capable of working in a dynamic environment
