Job Description :

Key Skills: Business Solutions Architect (AML/Risk/Compliance)

Responsibility:

Understand Business, Technology and Operations requirements for Banks and Financial Institutions
Design solutions for large projects in areas of AML, Risk, Compliance and technical knowledge of Java/J2EE or .NET technologies, Ab-Initio, Business Objects, Microstrategy etc.
Translate the business and operations requirements into BRD and FRD documents and participate in reviews.
Participate in building proposals and estimates based on Client requirements
Prepare presentations and participate in discussions with Client Business and Technology teams
Co-ordinate with multiple groups and establish effective working relationships with Business stakeholders or Client representatives across a variety of functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or Finance
Good knowledge of AML, Risk, Compliance for large Global Banks
Good technical knowledge of Java/J2EE or .NET, Ab-Initio, Business Objects, Microstrategy
Knowledge of Financial products such as Oracle Mantas, Actimize will be plus
Stronganalytical, good verbal and written communication skills, self starter;
ability to perform with minimum supervision
Persistenceand assertive,ability to get things done
Multitasking on a number of initiatives in parallel
Innovative;challenges the status quo
Display a flexible attitude to work
Ability to own and drive tasks/assignments while collaborating with peers and other teams
