Are you looking for a position to put your administrative skills to work? If so, we are looking for an experienced Risk Management Coordinator for a National Homebuilder. This role will support the needs of the Corporate Risk Management Team in the Matawan, NJ office. This role is eligible for the hybrid work schedule.
As a Risk Management Coordinator, you’ll be the center of administrative and technical operations for the Corporate Risk Management department, providing various forms of support to both department team members, other corporate functions, and Division teams. You will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the department including but not limited to: processing all department invoices, creating and distributing monthly/quarterly/annual reports, gathering data for insurance renewal applications, and assisting with the companywide third party insurance tracking system (EBIX) process. A customer service mindset is critical as this department has many internal and external customers. Your ability to multi-task, organize your tasks within a fast-paced department, and attention to detail and time sensitivity will be key to being successful in this role. A successful candidate will be able to work well independently but also in conjunction with groups for various projects. For the motivated candidate, departmental growth and expansion of duties would be available. This role is eligible for the hybrid work schedule.
A minimum of 6 years of administrative experience is required, must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Bachelor’s degree and/or insurance experience preferred but not required.
