A Bit About Us
Our company, a high-growth, fast-paced tech services startup, is on the hunt for a seasoned and dynamic CTO. This is a pivotal position that will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company as we look to grow from $20M to $100M+. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing our technical vision, leading all aspects of our tech development, and managing our tech resources (30+ people). With a focus on B2B services, the CTO will be responsible for maintaining and improving our cloud-based services across multiple platforms.

- Define and implement our technical strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals.
- Lead our technology development, overseeing all projects and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage our tech resources, ensuring optimal use and allocation.
- Develop and maintain a hands-on understanding of our products and services, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
- Oversee our DevOps, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with other senior executives to make high-level decisions for the company.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the tech services industry, identifying opportunities to apply them in our operations.
- Act as a mentor to our tech team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Job Details
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development and architecture and scaling mobile.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within a SaaS or HR/Workforce management company.
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring and growing a technology workforce of 30+.
- Extensive experience with cloud-based services, including AWS, GCP, and Azure as well as microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with the B2B tech services industry and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with a track record of solving complex technical problems.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
