Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to spearhead the development of our AI-driven financial trading platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in Fintech, trading algorithms, and AI, who is passionate about shaping the future of risk-free investing. The right candidate will have the potential to evolve into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership: Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
AI & Trading System Development: Lead the development of AI-powered investment strategies, risk assessment models, and real-time trading engines.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
Infrastructure & Security: Architect a secure, high-availability cloud infrastructure that meets financial compliance standards.
Product Innovation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology with product goals and customer needs.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy laws.
Strategic Vision: Contribute to the company’s overall vision, bringing technical insights into executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Tech Lead).
Fintech Expertise: Strong experience in trading platforms, financial markets, or investment technologies.
AI & Data Science: Hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision systems.
System Architecture: Expertise in scalable, secure, and high-performance financial systems.
Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for backend, with knowledge of frontend frameworks.
Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Security & Compliance: Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory requirements for financial services.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for Fintech, startup culture, and a drive to innovate in investment technology.
