Responsibilities - Builder / Leader
- Own the technical vision and architecture of our core platform, including our LLM orchestration, NLP pipeline (Lex/AWS), real-time messaging, and e-commerce integrations.
- Lead and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of high accountability and rapid iteration.
- Oversee infrastructure and DevOps—ensure platform reliability, scalability, and data security.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and go-to-market teams to ship fast and learn faster.
- Make strategic decisions on frameworks, tools, and LLM orchestration (Titan, Bedrock, OpenAI, etc.).
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP Eng, Principal Eng, etc.).
- Proven experience scaling SaaS platforms, preferably in e-commerce, messaging, or conversational AI.
- Deep familiarity with AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, Lex, DynamoDB), JavaScript/Node.js, serverless architectures, and API-first platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of LLM orchestration, NLP/NLU frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Track record of hiring and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, fast execution, and wearing multiple hats.
- Bonus: Experience integrating with platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Braze, or QSR tech stacks.
