Description
As our Systems Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things tech. From helping a team member troubleshoot a laptop issue to keeping our servers, networks, and dealership systems secure and humming along—you’ll do a bit of everything. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes improving processes, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty (digitally speaking).
What You'll Do
- Supporting our dealership’s day-to-day IT needs—desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and more
- Managing our internal network (think: internet, firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and Wi-Fi that works in every corner)
- Keeping our dealership software and systems up to date—like our CRM, DMS, finance platforms, and service apps
- Troubleshooting anything from email weirdness to hardware hiccups
- Onboarding and offboarding team members with all the right tech, logins, and permissions
- Rolling out system upgrades and keeping security top of mind
- Managing backups and having a plan in place if things go sideways
- Helping us make smarter decisions around tools, tech, and vendors
What We're Looking For
- A few years of experience (3-ish) in IT support or systems admin roles
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and maybe a little Google Workspace too
- Networking know-how (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs—if you know, you know)
- A good handle on cybersecurity and how to keep systems safe
- Comfortable being a one-person show (for now), but a team player at heart
- Great at breaking down techy stuff for non-techy people
- Bonus if you’ve worked with dealership systems, inventory management tools, or customer databases
- Have certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or MCSA
- Have experience supporting remote teams or multiple locations
- Love streamlining systems, automating routine tasks, or making tech more user-friendly
- Like RVs—or just get excited about supporting a team that helps people hit the road in style
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- An awesome attitude!

- Actively working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
