Job Description
This is an opportunity to work supporting a very unique program. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide onsite Tier 2 technical support to 300+ network users between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm, a minimum of four days per week onsite; with some remote possible. Additional responsibilities include, and are not limited to, setting up user accounts, imaging workstations, VPN accounts, asset management, research, reporting, records management, and escorting vendors. Taskings will be coordinated directly through the LAB Manager. The work requires a flexible person and willing to adapt to changing mission requirements including potentially standing up a new site nearby. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Essential Skills and Requirements: 3+ years of similar or related experience Strong communications skills are essential to success Knowledge of Windows Linux, and Mac operating systems Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory Experience imaging workstations and troubleshooting matters Possess professional working proficiency of Microsoft Office tools Have good organizational skills and exhibit strong attention to detail Be able to support multiple projects in unison Maintain flexibility and professionalism Able to lift 50lbs Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Desired Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Familiarity with mobile operating systems (Mac, iOS, and Android) Experience with cable management and associated documentation IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) certification
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
