Education and Experience:

Summary: This position primarily focuses on configuring and maintaining our time and attendance systems, along with other systems supported by the HRIS team. It supports the North American service region. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and maintaining diverse rule sets to meet the needs of clients across multiple US states and Canadian provinces.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support and manage tickets for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Time & Attendance System and payroll-related questions and issues.
- Monitor integrations between our primary HCM system of record (Workday), timekeeping, and payroll systems.
- Consult with subsidiaries to understand their timekeeping needs, then implement and test system configurations accordingly.
- Manage regular system and firmware upgrades for time clocks.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Participate in and contribute to HR systems project planning and activities, including managing small projects independently.
- Meet with management, subsidiaries, vendors, and others as needed to discuss and resolve issues.
Experience:
- Required: Experience in implementing Time & Attendance/Timekeeping systems (configurations, enhancements, system management).
- Preferred: Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Workforce Central timekeeping systems.
