Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The prospective candidate will be responsible for managing Windows servers, including Office 365, Intune and Azure Cloud. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, oversee and maintain server and network infrastructures and projects.
- Manage and administer Windows servers and Office 365 platform.
- Configure, manage and support Windows systems and associated software.
- Set up, management and enforcement of system and security policies via Intune and Azure Cloud.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
- Oversee the operation of server systems and ensure their efficiency and performance.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Create and verify backups of data and regularly conduct system audits to ensure the functioning of the system.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely manner.
- Improve existing infrastructure systems and processes to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and oversee disaster recovery and backup procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, with a minimum of 3 years in managing Windows Server environment including Office 365, Intune, and Azure Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
- Ability to create scripts in SQL or other language.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, a must.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) mentioned technologies.
- Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Certifications like MCSA: Windows Server 2016, MCSE: Core Infrastructure or similar would be advantageous.
