Job Description: IaaS Solution Architect – VMware
Skills: Multi Cloud knowledge, Tanu Application service, Openshift, Good work experience in IaaS, CaaS .
• Experienced Architect with 15+ years in the below domain
• Hands on experience in Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud-native architectures using VMware vSphere, vSAN, CNF, NSX/AVI, Site recovery manager, Realise Automation, Realise Operation in server, virtualisation, networking and storage,
• Able to Define best practices for DevSecOps in VMware environment
• Experience of Leading in team containing developers working with infra development teams.
• Provide technical leadership for Platform Building
• Experience in Collaborate with stakeholders to align Vmware solutions with business and IT objectives.
• Technical depth in architecting multi-cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem infrastructure.
• Ensure scalability, security, observability, and automation in VMware environments.
• Guide DevOps teams on ,IaC,CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and governance for Tanzu-based workloads.
• Must have live project experience in the role of architect
