We are looking for a super-organized and detailed oriented Office Coordinator to support our Atlanta office! New Relic is a vibrant web services company whose people and culture make us who we are today. This is a place where your ideas and work have an impact!
You are process oriented, motivated, compassionate, and take pride in the appearance and care of our office. The main responsibilities for this role include overall facilities coordination, vendor management, occupancy planning, operational budget management & event planning. This role must develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal partners and provide a high level of customer service to all Relics.
What You'll Do
- Reception services: Greeting employees, guests, and vendors
- Print and audit access badges, working closely with our Physical Security Program Manager
- Be the first face our New Hires see when they come into our office! Assist our PeopleOperations Team with the onboarding process.
- Establish strong vendor relationships with all office service vendors to ensure they are providing efficient service.
- Food & Beverage program management and stocking to ensure quality & equipment maintenance
- Stock office with janitorial & office supplies
- Health and Safety program and emergency preparedness support (e.g. first aid kit, defibrillator)
- Plan and coordinate all in office events including schedule, location, theming, food, entertainment and other support services
- Respond to incoming requests using internal ticketing system; Jira
- Partnering with our Environmental, Social, and Governance Team helping gather data for our ATL office annually and contributing to New Relic's sustainability goals.
This role requires
- 2+ years experience in office coordinator or facilities role
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Experience with event planning and program coordination
- Flexible and adaptable, ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
This role is 25 hours a week and office based in Atlanta, Georgia.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of hourly pay for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range
$24—$33 USD
