Windows Systems Administrator
- Initiated and completed replacement of over 140 phones and over 140 thin clients for multiple site locations
- Perform system administration functions by creating and deleting computer accounts from Active Directory, assigning and updating IP addresses within DHCP, and adding and removing computer systems to and from SCCM during deployments and replacement of system or workstation
- Manage the imaging, deploying, replacing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and phones across different networks for local and off-site facilities
- Complete configuration and installation of VTC systems
- Conduct and provide network survey prior to any installation of equipment for multiple networks
- Provide training support to personnel on scheduled deployment
- Provide updates to ISSOs and property manager for any managed equipment assigned to or being transferred to different organization
- Communicate consistently with customers and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of all tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of Systems Administration experience
- 4 years of additional Systems Administration experience can be substituted for a bachelors degree totaling 14 years
- Must have active FS Polygraph with the Maryland Customer
- Must have an active CompTIA Security+ Certification
