Position: Cloud-Native Implementation Engineer

We are seeking skilled and experienced Cloud-Native Transformation Implementation Engineers to join our team. This role involves managing and delivering end-to-end cloud-native transformation projects for diverse clients, ensuring seamless migration and optimization of their infrastructure.
The ideal candidates should have extensive experience in cloud-native technologies, private cloud platforms, and containerized environments, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Solution Design and Delivery Management:
1. Develop comprehensive technical solutions for cloud-native transformation projects, addressing client requirements.
2. Oversee delivery management across all stages, including requirements analysis, migration planning, simulation, and implementation.
- Cloud-Native Project Execution:
1. Lead technical implementations for cloud-native migration and transformation initiatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and resilient solutions.
3. Ensure alignment of technical deliverables with client expectations and industry best practices.
- Private Cloud Delivery Expertise:
1. Leverage expertise in private cloud platforms, including virtualization and container cloud environments, to deliver robust solutions.
2. Execute private delivery processes efficiently, adhering to established workflows and standards.
- Cloud Platform Knowledge:
1. Work with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Huawei, H3C, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent.
2. Apply a deep understanding of platform-specific capabilities and features in solution design.
3. Use mainstream virtualization technologies to enhance system performance and flexibility.
- Container Platform Proficiency:
1. Demonstrate a strong grasp of container platform principles, technologies, and industry developments.
2. Implement containerized services for deployment, auto-scaling, monitoring, and integration.
3. Utilize tools for monitoring container service health and troubleshooting.
1. Maintain at least two years of hands-on experience managing Kubernetes (K8S) clusters, including custom development.
2. Exhibit mastery in K8S architecture, core functionalities, and best practices.
3. Diagnose and resolve container and node-level issues effectively.
- Project Management and Client Interaction:
1. Engage with clients to identify requirements and provide tailored solutions.
2. Deliver timely progress updates and technical guidance to stakeholders.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Deep expertise in virtualization technologies and container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other major cloud providers.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, particularly in large-scale distributed systems.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-cloud environments or hybrid cloud setups.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration.
