About the Role:
The Network Engineer is responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. Primary focus for this position is the overall support for the enterprise data network at the store level with emphasis on IT configurations. The Engineer will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training where required. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Monitor branch locations for network outages and performance issues.
- Coordinate with circuit vendor for outages.
- Responsible for support of network technologies, software, systems, and services at remote branch locations.
- Administer switches, routers, wireless, and firewalls.
- Prepare communications to branch locations regarding outages.
- Maintain version and configuration control of network devices.
- Maintain outage tracking documentation for FDIC and management.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
- H.S. Diploma/GED required.
- Associate, vocational, or technical degree in computer science or information technology preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience supporting Cisco networks.
- Knowledge of Meraki switches, APs, and MX devices.
- Knowledge of SD WAN solutions.
- Proficient with testing tools and procedures for data networks.
- Advanced branch-level router, switch, and firewall configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficient customer service skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Workstyle: Fully onsite.
Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $61,000.00 to $105,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
