Minimum of seven years of FTE experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Microsoft 365, cloud security, and endpoint management.
Advanced experience in ITSM, ticketing systems, and patch management.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, cloud security principles, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in scripting (Python or Bash) and automation for IT process improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional IT operations.
